WOW! It's been a long time coming!!! I have been extremely busy and have totally ignored this site. It really is a mess, but hopefully by and by and I get it back in order. I have been extremely busy.

We have moved to Phoenix, Arizona, and we have been dealing with various medical problems.

I hope you take time to explore my site, and perhaps you'll something of interest to you. If you've been here before, thank you for coming back!

The one topic I have included is information on Headaches. I have suffered from headaches for most of my life, and they can be incapacitating, but thank goodness, there is now more help than there used to be. I hope you will follow the links and read the information I have provided. They are working on new research everyday, and learning more, and more. The main thing as far as I'm concerned is public awareness and acceptance that headaches are, in fact, a very difficult problem to deal with for the patient, and/or anyone in his/her family.

There is help now for controlling them, and I will provide some links to those sites.
